The filter does so with less overall loss light than what you would normally expect from a UHC Nebula filter.

“I compared the Kson UHC to my Orion Ultrablock (which I quite like in my C8) and to the Celestron LPR. The Ultrablock was too dim and not that contrasty, and the Celestron LPR was brighter and not so contrasty. The Eta Carina and Triffid nebulas were far and away best seen with the Kson UHC in that 5″ telescope. I concluded that I’d bought a bargain”
