XP ORX Super Fast Response Time

The XP ORX has lightning fast target response and when we say fast, we mean FAST! With it’s adjustable recovery speed you will be able to hunt the most trashy sites and cherry pick out only the best targets.

The ORX comes with a Multi Frequency Wireless HF Search Coil as standard. This coil is a power house and allows you to select different frequencies for different types of detecting, from 13khz right up to 81khz. Use the the lower frequencies for coin, relic, and beach detecting and the higher frequencies for hunting your gold nuggets.

XP ORX Metal Detectors Pre Programmed Settings

The ORX comes with handy and powerful preset settings making this such an easy to use, turn on and go detector.

GOLD – This mode is suited for finding medium to large nuggets in ground that has low to average ground mineralisation.
FINE GOLD – This is best when looking for small to medium gold in highly mineralised ground.
COIN FAST – For coins, relics and jewellery on mineralized ground or trashy sites.
COIN DEEP – For coins, relics and jewellery on low mineralised or uncontaminated ground.
SALT MODE – Not many detectors like wet sand on the beach. Salt mode counteracts the high conductivity of saltwater and wet sand, making beach detecting so much more fun.
2 USER MODES – These are two empty spots for you to save your favourite customised settings.

Who is the XP ORX Suited To?

This versatile detector is suitable for pretty much anyone. From kids to Grandparents.

There are 2 ORX Coils to choose from, so which ORX is best for you?

The XP ORX comes standard with the 9 inch Elliptical coil, but there is also the HF Round 9 inch coil to consider. Choosing between the two is a very easy decision.

If you love hitting the gold fields and finding the shiny stuff and only do a bit of coin, relic or beach hunting then stick with the standard 9 inch HF Elliptical coil.

This coil is much narrower than the round coil so it fits between scrub, bushes and debris much easier than it’s counter part. It also handles hot or mineralised ground much better and separates the gold from hot rocks and iron like a boss.

If you are more into coin, relic, jewellery and beach detecting and only go out hunting for gold every now and then, then ROUND 9 inch HF Coil is for you. The extra width will give you a depth advantage over the elliptical coil and the round 9 inch is great for hunting in high trash areas as well.

REMEMBER ALL of the XP coils are compatible with the ORX so later you can add a specialist low frequency X35 coin and relic coil at any time. Knowing full well that if you do decide to go to the higher end XP Deus all your coils will be still be usable.
