- The Davis Vantage Vue weather station is the perfect solution for anyone who wants real-time, hyper local weather information. Local weather conditions can change over short distances. A local weather station provides an overview of the weather in your area, but this might not reflect the microclimate in your backyard. Vantage Vue weather stations have been providing vital data to homeowners, farmers, gardeners, educators, community leaders, outdoor recreation enthusiasts, researchers, businesses, and weather enthusiasts for many years.
The Vantage Vue wireless weather station is an all-in-one weather station. This self-contained, easy to install backyard weather station features rugged, weather-proof housing for years of reliable data. It provides accurate, reliable weather monitoring with real-time data updates every 2.5 seconds.
The WeatherLink Console is basically a WeatherLink Live with a colour touchscreen. You can use it just as a screen, or sign up for a free WeatherLink account and view the live data on the website and mobile app. And you can upgrade to a Pro subscription for historical data. It can receive from up to 8 transmitters, and needs power – the battery will last less than a day. Also, be aware the transmission range is more limited than the old consoles at only 30 to 50m. USB plug pack and backup batteries not included.
